ANNUAL MEETING OF THE EMERGENCY AMATUER RADIO CLUB

THE ANNUAL MEETING WILL BE ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 19, 2010 7:00 PM (1900) AT THE FLEET RESERVE ASSOCIATION, BRANCH 46. 891 VALKENBURG ST. HONOLULU, HAWAII 96818

The annual meeting is held yearly in the month of October. This meeting is to hold elections for Board Officers and members of the club for the coming year (2011). This is very important meeting and all member should plan to attend if possible. See you there!

NOMINATIONS OPEN FOR OFFICERS AND BOARD MEMEBERS ELECTIONS FOR THE COMING 2011 YEAR:

Nominations are now being accepted for Officers and Members of the Board of Directors of the EARC for the coming 2011 year. Elections are to be held at the Annual meeting of the club on October 19, 2010.

Members may submit their nominations by Email, Letter or Voice to Wayne, KH6MEI at kh6mei@earchi.org. Email, Letter or Voice submitted nominations must be submitted and dated NLT 12:01 am October 19, 2010. Email, Letter or Voice submissions after this date and time will not be accepted.

Nominations will be accepted at the meeting as well. As a reminder all nominees must be active paid members of the EARC at the time of nomination and each nominee must accept the nomination for the position either by Email, Voice or at the meeting on October 19th.
